Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on Finance Mocks at https://www.financemocks.cloud.

Digital products

Paid items (such as individual mock tests or packages) grant digital access to content on our platform. By completing a purchase, you request immediate fulfilment of that access.

Refunds we’re happy to help with

If something’s wrong or you bought the wrong thing, just write to us. Email help@financemocks.cloud and we’ll process a refund when:

• you hit a technical problem with the site or test interface (bugs, errors, or anything that gets in the way of a normal attempt), or
• you bought by mistake and don’t need what you paid for (wrong test, duplicate payment, or similar).

Send your registered email, a quick note on what happened, and your Razorpay payment ID if you have it. We’ll sort it out—we’re not here to argue over honest issues or slip-ups.

It still helps to check the test name and price before you pay; that avoids most mix-ups.

Failed or duplicate transactions

If a payment fails or you are charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error, contact us at help@financemocks.cloud or via the Contact page with your Razorpay payment ID and order details. We will work with you and our payment partner to investigate and resolve genuine duplicate charges or failed deliveries of access in line with applicable rules.

Chargebacks

If you can, email us first—most payment issues are faster to fix that way. If you do open a dispute with your bank, send us your transaction details so we can line things up on our side too.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of payment unless required otherwise by law.
