These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Finance Mocks, including the website at https://www.financemocks.cloud and the mock test portal (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Finance Mocks provides online mock tests, practice content, and related tools for exam preparation (for example RBI, SEBI, NABARD, IFSCA-oriented preparation). Features and availability may change. We do not guarantee any exam outcome, rank, or selection.
Not official or affiliated
The Service is independent preparation material. We are not affiliated with RBI, SEBI, NABARD, IFSCA, or any government or regulatory body unless expressly stated in writing on our website. Exam names are used descriptively only.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Fees and taxes
Paid content is offered at prices shown on the Service at the time of purchase. Payments are processed in INR through our payment partner Razorpay. Taxes, if applicable, are as shown at checkout or as required by law. The business is not GST-registered; if tax treatment changes, checkout will reflect applicable charges.
Access to paid content
After successful payment, access is granted as described on the product or package page (for example access to specified mock tests or packages). Access is personal to your account unless we state otherwise.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. If you run into technical trouble or a mistaken purchase, email us—we handle refunds there in a straightforward way.
Intellectual property
Content on the Service (questions, explanations, software, branding, and layout) is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal preparation. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or publicly share paid content outside what we expressly allow.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorised access, automate abuse of the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where disclaimers are allowed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
